Prof Liu Tze-fong, Chairperson of the International Chinese Tea Club and tea master, will share the steps, infusion techniques, and colour variations from Luk Yu’s unique tea brewing method in the Tang dynasty, inheriting the essence of ancient tea drinking rituals.
