Since the Hong Kong Observatory has lowered the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 at 12:40pm, the arrangements of today’s (26 July) Chinese Opera Festival events are as follows:

1. Hebei Bangzi Opera Theatre of Hebei Province excerpt performance
The performance originally scheduled at 2:30pm at Auditorium, Kwai Tsing Theatre is rescheduled to 7:30pm today at the same venue.

2. The following exhibitions will reopen when the respective venues resume services:
– ‘The Righteous and the Loyal in Chinese Opera’ Exhibition (10:00am-9:00pm at Hong Kong Central Library (Arts Resource Centre))
-‘The Righteous and the Loyal in Chinese Opera’ Exhibition (9:00am-10:00pm at Exhibition Corner, Yuen Long Theatre)
– ‘The Virtual Realm of Kingdom of Huai’an – The Staging of A Dream Under the Southern Bough’ Exhibition (9am-10pm at Foyer Exhibition Area, Tai Po Civic Centre)

Patrons may present the original ticket(s) for admission to the rescheduled performance.  Patrons who are unable to attend the rescheduled performance are reminded to keep the original intact ticket(s) (with stubs) for refund.  For details of refund arrangement, please refer to the announcement at our website (www.ccf.gov.hk) at a later stage, or contact us during office hours at 2268 7325 or email to cp2@lcsd.gov.hk.  Please note that tickets with admission records will not be refunded.
