‘A New Era of Ink Painting in Hong Kong’ features about 60 of the most representative ink artists, including Wucius Wong, Lam Tianxing, Hung Hoi, Sheng Ping, Wong Chautung, Zhao Zhijun, Chu Hing-wah, Eddie Lui Fung-ngar, He Baili, Leung Kui-ting, Wong Hau-kwei, Kan Tai-keung, Sky Liu Sze-keung, Lam Wu-fui, etc, showcasing about 120 paintings from these outstanding artists. In this 13-day exhibition, there will also be activities such as keynote lectures, ink painting demonstrations, experimental workshops and guided tours. Thematic seminars will be held to explore the various modes of presentation of Chinese painting, the characteristics of contemporary ink painting, and the various possibilities of ink art.
